Roman asked me if I could shoot his proposal to Heather on Roan Mountain just a day or so in advance. Intrigued, I said game on.

On the big day, I hiked to the meeting spot, Jane Bald, and scouted the area for an adequate hiding spot. Timing was in my favor and I was able to get set up in time to watch them approach from below. With gorgeous weather and unmatched views, the moment was even more special. Pure joy from all parties.

Moments like these are truly an honor to witness.
